Arthur the Dullahan

Arthur is not only the 2nd oldest member of the Mansion, he also happens to be the owner of the mansion. He lease's his Mansion to the program in the hopes to bridge the gap between humans and monsters. To that effect, Arthur sealed up most of his power over death along with his head. He still takes care of his head steed that lives in the back of the mansion and even offers rides to the children. Arthur is responsible for the mansions maintenance, cleaning, as well as cooking for the residents.
